  • One Wheel 360™ (OW360™ and OW360Z™) is a marketing membership and retainer program for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It offers a holistic, integrated approach with bundled services, proactive support, and iterative improvements, unlike traditional agencies that often provide fragmented services. Fueled by One Wheel Marketing’s proprietary Marketing Operating System (MOS™), OW360™ handles foundational maintenance and support and scales toward comprehensive marketing services as needed.

  • Quick Win Projects™ are smaller projects, strategic wins, packaged or quick-start campaigns, or quick knockdown of prioritized tasks using your Approved Backlog, typically uncovered during the first 2 months of discovery and planning.

  • A Mktg Asset Engagement™ (MAE) is the stewardship of an asset for or with a client.

    We engage with each asset in order to maximize support value and strategic marketing efficiency. Access to assets allows for integrations into marketing campaigns for greater effectiveness, fielding tickets related to their use, and dedicating time to support, update, or enhance them—either proactively, responsively or both.

    MAEs also include client assets such as campaign components, packaged services, new or adopted campaigns and platforms, tools we access or manage on your behalf—such as websites, locations, CRMs, marketplaces or other assets.

    Each asset we engage with also brings an amount of responsibility, liability, and security considerations to train on and for us to have someone on hand to help with each asset when needed.

    In order to make asset engagement a success, once baseline coverage of OW360™ exceeded, each additional MAE adds one hour’s worth of budget to your shared budget pool for support, maintenance, and other services.

    This pooled approach accelerates response times, streamlines integrated campaigns. MAE hours are flexible and can also be used for Approved Backlog tasks as available for added flexibility.

  • BoostBundles™ (BBs) are pre-purchased retainer budgets that can be used for accelerated work, additional support, larger projects, or unexpected overages. They also cover costs beyond hourly labor, giving you flexibility in your marketing efforts.

    BBs of 24 hours or more offer the greatest value since those hours come with the biggest discount.

    BBs expire at the end of each calendar quarter (Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1, Oct. 1). AutoBoost™ is automatically turned on to roll over and increase value for the next quarter.

    How AutoBoost™ Works:

    1. At the end of each quarter, 25% of any remaining balance is billed as an additional BoostBundle™.

    2. Remaining BBs from the previous quarter will renew for the following calendar quarter (3 months).

    3. Use the new total your Approved Backlog (AB) or larger projects

    4. AutoBoost™ hourly rates apply the same discount as your original BB. It’s most valuable with 24-hour or larger BBs that qualify for full member pricing of 30% off our shop rate.

    5. When your BoostBundle™ runs out, AutoBoost™ will automatically bill a new 24-hour BB to keep your projects moving

    6. Tip: Stay in control of your budget by proactively communicating your with your Account Manager and setting a max budget

    Turning off AutoBoost™:

    • If AutoBoost™ is turned off, any remaining BB budget at the end of the quarter will automatically be converted into a SEO packaged project to maintain continuous progress.
