Finding & Telling the Emotional Story takes next-level Experience
As you know, marketing is a precarious balancing act. Projects and marketing campaigns can be a triumph or a tragedy. The level of expertise demonstrated during the key stages of strategy, design, and execution can either smash goals or set an organization back.
Because of this, we believe every great business should have access to proven processes and top talent. This is why over the last 25 years we have curated passionate local team members, many of which have served Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies:
The Process:
Pre-Production
COORDINATE EACH SHOOT DAY
One Wheel Marketing (OWM) takes care of all of the logistics. For job site-specific projects, we may simply need to know the date, location, and who to check in with for safety briefing and site orientation – and we’ll take care of the rest.
We use AI, marketing pros, and producers to generate long and short form stories from the shoot.
STRATEGY, SCRIPTING & STORYBOARDING
Identify the persons we are documenting and the story we need to tell in order to move the audience the right direction. (e.g. technology leadership, why safety is crucial, culture for hiring)
Alternatively, we have a process that skips pre-production and jumps into interviews and we find the story on the spot.
Production
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHER
World-class photographers, best-in-class FPV drones (for energetic and precise 90 MPH action shots), onsite strategist/producer/director, top-of-the-line equipment, and cinematographers that have shot for BBC, Magnolia Network, and the History Channel – at extremely competitive rates.
Post-Production
CREATE TRANSCRIPTS & FIND STORIES
EDITING
Editing, color, compositing, music and audio work, caption overlays, animations are included in the editing phase as needed.
We will consult on where and when to post your videos. Distribution to social ads, programmatic video ads, youtube ads, print integration with QR code tracking (e.g. Salesforce integration), TV ads, SEO articles, case studies, are common. Footage and working files are safely stored and quickly accessed using the industry-standard 3-2-1 data storage approach. Unlimited license for delivered files is included to maximize long-term benefits

Manufacturing Video Series
Parents and students simply don’t have the full picture when it comes to manufacturing careers
They’ve heard it’s dirty, unsafe, or a “fallback option.”
The truth? Modern manufacturing is innovative, high-tech, well-paying, and in high demand — but too few people know it.
Shop Talk Straight from the source
We’ve partnered with local manufacturing leaders in Minnesota to bring you real, unfiltered stories from the people who live it every day.
No sugarcoating. No sales pitch. Just firsthand insight into what it’s like to build a career in this field.
explorE manufacturing careers
Watch the series. Share it with your student, your class, or your own kids.
The sooner they see the truth, the sooner they can start building their future.
What’s at Risk if We Stay Silent
If these misperceptions persist, students will miss out on stable, high-paying jobs that could lead to leadership positions, entrepreneurship, and financial independence — and our community will lose skilled talent to other regions and industries.
The Future in Focus
Imagine the student in your life — landing a role that’s hands-on, future-focused, and valued.
Picture them learning skills that can’t be outsourced, earning wages that support independence, and finding pride in the work they do.
That’s not a dream. That’s manufacturing in Minnesota.

One Wheel Marketing Travel Policy
At One Wheel Marketing, we aim to balance fair compensation for our team with clear and consistent travel practices for our clients. Below is our travel day policy, which is consistent with industry standards and supports transparency, fairness, and operational efficiency.
1. Travel Day Rate
Travel days are billed at 80% of the full day rate for each team member. Only essential team members whose participation directly contributes to project success will join each trip. This rate covers up to 10 hours of travel in a single day. If travel exceeds 10 hours, additional time may be billed at the normal agency hourly rate.
2. Per Diem or Reimbursement
A daily per diem is provided to cover M&IE during travel.
Per diem rates are determined based on the destination and follow the closest available GSA breakdowns (https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates).3. Mileage and Transportation
Mileage for driving is billed based on the current IRS standard mileage rate.
Additional transportation costs, including airfare, taxis, and rental cars, are charged to the client at cost.
4. Accommodations
Clients are responsible for lodging costs for all travel days and nights away from the team’s home base.
Lodging will be arranged at standard business-class rates unless otherwise approved.5. Work During Travel
If significant work is performed during travel (e.g., equipment preparation, campaign setup, or project planning), the travel day will still be billed at 80% of the full day rate, unless the workload justifies adjusting to a full day rate.
6. Overnight Travel
For overnight stays, lodging and per diem will be charged for each day away, including travel days.
7. Reimbursements and Procurement
Other travel and expense reimbursement are subject to a logistics fee of 10% and the securing of products or services on behalf of the client (e.g., equipment rentals, supplies) are subject to a procurement fee of 30%.
This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both clients and our team, maintaining consistency in cost management while enabling the delivery of high-quality results wherever work takes us.
