How does One Wheel 360 convert to time?
One Wheel 360 starts at 3 to 4 hour level depending on CMS and if ecommerce is involved. Levels are available up to 40 hours/mo based on need. Each level receives up to that total work time per month.
What level of One Wheel 360 do I need?
The 3 hour level is required for websites that OWM has not built who want to take advantage of the OWM premiere support and discounted marketing services.
The 4 hour level is required for ecommerce websites because they require additional basic support.
What happens when I ask for more help and my hours are used up?
Projects or hourly development work above your free hours will have the option to be delayed until the next month when hours renew, or completed in the current month and billed at our exclusive 20% off rate (prepay in bundles of hours, or 10% off if invoiced afterward).
