Service Terms

Last updated: April 20, 2026

These terms are part of the One Wheel 360 Terms of Service. These Service Terms apply automatically to the services you actively purchase or subscribe to.

360 Command Center™

Command Center maintains your marketing infrastructure. Your plan tier determines the scope of managed assets and included support.

What’s Included

Depending on your subscribed tier and managed assets, Command Center may include credential vault management, domain and DNS management, SSL certificates, daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, security monitoring, monthly manual updates, annual plugin audit and cleanup, CDN configuration, annual accessibility review findings, ticketed support across specialist categories, location management and local SEO essentials, analytics dashboard maintenance, CRM and ERP hosting and basic configuration, integration maintenance, agent monitoring, automation monitoring, and a monthly Machine Health Report.

Support Tickets

Each plan tier includes a set number of support tickets per month. A ticket covers a single issue. If a request contains multiple issues, One Wheel may split it into separate tickets so each issue can be routed correctly. Work beyond included tickets is billed at $250 per hour in 15-minute increments.

CRM and ERP Support

Command Center CRM and ERP support covers break-fix and configuration issues. Training, workflow redesign, custom pipeline development, major reconfiguration, and other defined-scope work are Build projects.

New Assets

If Build or Activate work creates new assets that One Wheel manages through Command Center, your recurring monthly investment will adjust to reflect the updated scope beginning in the next billing cycle, and you will be informed before the change takes effect.

Platform and Hosting Fees

Hosting, licenses, software subscriptions, usage-based tools, and other third-party costs are billed separately. These costs are never blended into your service fee. Continued management of hosted infrastructure or connected services may be suspended or limited if related fees and costs are not paid on time.

Video Hosting

If One Wheel hosts and streams your video footage, video hosting is billed as a separate platform fee together with related management in Command Center. If you host video elsewhere and provide access, One Wheel may manage that account within scope.

Strategy Engine

Strategy Engine provides strategic planning and advisory services. Depending on your tier, this may include strategic advisory sessions, quarterly and monthly planning, analytics interpretation, persona development, messaging and positioning, keyword and intent mapping, brand foundations, training, AI installation into client workflows, living strategy documents, and machine architecture recommendations. Strategy Engine services require an active Command Center membership.

Scheduling

Strategy sessions are scheduled collaboratively. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited, and rescheduling is accommodated when reasonably possible.

Deliverables

Strategic deliverables are living documents maintained throughout the engagement. Format, delivery method, and working cadence are agreed at the start of the engagement.

360 Build™

Build is specialist engineering time for work with a defined end state. Build may include design, development, agent engineering, automation construction, content systems, campaign architecture, prototypes, A/B variants, migrations, and infrastructure builds. Every completed Build deliverable is designed to be documented and transferable, subject to the Intellectual Property & Deliverables terms. Build services require an active Command Center membership.

BuildCredits

Engineering time is prepaid through BuildCredits at published rates. BuildCredit bundles range from 1 hour to 48 hours, with per-hour rates decreasing at higher volumes. BuildCredits are valid for the current month plus three months from the purchase date. Work begins only after credits are provisioned or payment is received for a quoted project.

Scope and Revisions

Each Build engagement has a defined deliverable or scope. Revisions within the original scope are included. Changes to scope require additional BuildCredits or a revised quote approved before work begins.

Emergency and Quoted Projects

Emergency Build work is billed at $500 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Larger or well-defined Build projects may be quoted at a flat rate, require a scoping conversation and written brief, and must be paid before work begins.

360 Activate™

Activate is your marketing machine in operation. It is priced as a recurring monthly service based on machine scope and complexity rather than hours worked. Activate services require an active Command Center membership. Strategy Engine is strongly recommended.

Operating Modes

Activate may operate through automatic, semi-automatic, or human-operated workflows. Over time, the mix may shift toward greater automation as systems, agents, and training improve. Same-scope pricing does not increase solely because the machine becomes more efficient.

The Grid

Your Grid is the connected marketing environment on which Activate runs, including connected platforms, automations, agents, and workflows. As scope expands, your Grid may move from Connected to Semi-Automated, Automated, and Agentic states.

Machine Architecture

Your Activate scope is defined by a machine architecture that may include channels, agents, human touchpoints, operating modes, deliverables, and expected output. Reports focus on what ran, what produced, what converted, and what comes next rather than timesheets.

Scope Changes and Advertising

Expanding capabilities generally begins with a Build project to engineer the new component, followed by an Activate scope adjustment to run it. Advertising spend and similar third-party costs are separate from Activate management fees.

Multiply Machine

Multiply Machine is a standalone Activate product that does not require Machine Operations, but it does require an active Command Center membership. It may include review request campaigns, follow-up sequences, AI-assisted review responses, auto-publishing of reviews to social channels, monitoring across review platforms, sentiment analysis, dashboard reporting, and human escalation for negative or crisis reviews.

Review Response Protocols

Positive reviews may be responded to automatically. Reviews requiring nuance may be drafted by AI and held for approval. Negative reviews and crisis situations are handled by the One Wheel team with client approval.

Per-Location Pricing

Multiply Machine is priced per location per month. Changes in location count are reflected in the next billing cycle or next invoice.
