Service Terms
Last updated: April 6, 2026
These terms are part of the One Wheel 360 Terms of Service. They govern the scope and rules for each service component. Only the sections relevant to your active services apply.
Command Center
The Command Center maintains your marketing infrastructure. Your plan tier determines the scope of managed assets and included support.
What's Included
Credential vault management. Domain and DNS management. SSL certificates. Daily offsite backups. Uptime monitoring. Security monitoring. Monthly manual updates. Annual plugin audit. CDN configuration. Annual accessibility review (findings reported — remediation is a Build project). Ticketed support across specialist categories. Location management and local SEO essentials. Analytics dashboard maintenance. CRM/ERP hosting and basic configuration. Integration maintenance. Agent and automation monitoring. Monthly Machine Health Report.
Support Tickets
Each plan tier includes support tickets per month. A ticket covers a single issue. If a submission contains multiple issues, we split it into separate tickets so each is routed to the right specialist. Work beyond included tickets is billed at $250 per hour in 15-minute increments ($62.50 each). You are notified at 80% and 100% of your included allocation. If a request is larger than a single ticket, we will let you know and schedule a planning conversation to scope it as a Build project.
CRM and ERP Support
Command Center CRM/ERP support covers break/fix and configuration issues. Training, workflow redesign, and custom pipeline development are Build projects.
New Assets
When Build or Activate work creates new assets that we manage, your monthly investment increases accordingly. You are always informed before this happens.
Platform and Hosting Fees
Hosting, licenses, and other third-party costs are billed as separate line items. They are never blended into your service fee.
Video Hosting
When One Wheel hosts and streams your video footage, video hosting is billed as a platform fee plus management within your Command Center. If you host your own video elsewhere, we manage the account if we have credentials.
Strategy Engine
The Strategy Engine provides strategic planning and advisory services.
What's Included
Depending on your tier: strategic advisory sessions, quarterly and monthly planning, analytics interpretation, persona development, messaging and positioning, keyword and intent mapping, brand foundations, training, AI installation into client workflows, living strategy ecosystem, machine architecture recommendations.
Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled collaboratively. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is accommodated whenever possible.
Deliverables
Strategic deliverables are living documents maintained throughout the engagement. Format and delivery method are agreed upon at engagement start.
Requires Command Center
Strategy Engine services require an active Command Center membership.
Build
Build is specialist engineering time. Every component built becomes a permanent, documented, transferable asset designed to outlast the person who built it.
BuildCredits
Engineering time is prepaid through BuildCredits at published rates. BuildCredit bundles range from 1 hour to 48 hours, with per-hour rates that decrease at higher volumes. BuildCredits are valid for the current month plus three months from purchase.
What Build Produces
Design, development, agent engineering, automation construction, content systems, campaign architecture, prototypes, A/B variants, infrastructure builds. Anything with a defined end state.
Scope and Revisions
Each Build engagement has a defined deliverable. Revisions within the original scope are included. Changes to scope require additional BuildCredits, quoted before work begins.
Emergency Rate
Emergency Build work is billed at $500 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Requires Command Center
Build services require an active Command Center membership.
Activate
Activate is your marketing machine, running. A fixed monthly investment based on machine scope and complexity — not hours of people.
Three Operating Modes
Your machine operates across three modes.
Automatic: agents handle tasks end to end with no human touch.
Semi-automatic: agents prepare work and humans review, approve, or execute.
Human-operated: specialists perform work supported by agents.
The mix shifts toward automation over time as agents learn your brand and audience. Same-scope pricing does not increase as the machine gets smarter.
The Grid
Your Grid is your connected marketing environment — every platform connected, every agent deployed, every automation running. Your Grid evolves over time from Connected through Semi-Automated and Automated to Agentic as more agents and automations come online.
Machine Architecture
Your Activate engagement is defined by a machine architecture showing channels, agents, human touchpoints, operating modes, and expected output. Reports show performance — what ran, what produced, what converted, what comes next. Not timesheets.
Scope Changes
Expanding your machine's capabilities starts with a Build project to engineer the new component, followed by an Activate scope adjustment to run it.
Advertising
Ad spend is a separate line item from management fees. Management fees are defined in your machine scope. One Wheel manages campaign operations including bid optimization, variant generation, pacing monitoring, and anomaly flagging. Operational control of running campaigns is part of the Activate service.
Requires Command Center
Activate services require an active Command Center membership. Strategy Engine is strongly recommended.
Multiply Engine
The Multiply Engine is a reputation machine that runs as part of your Activate subscription on your Grid.
What It Does.
Automated review request campaigns via email and SMS. Follow-up sequences for incomplete reviews. AI-powered review responses trained on your brand voice. Auto-publishing of reviews to social channels. Monitoring across major review platforms. Sentiment analysis. Reputation dashboard and reporting. Human-operated escalation for negative and crisis reviews.
Review Response Protocols
Positive reviews (4-5 stars) are responded to automatically by AI. Reviews requiring nuance (3 stars, complaints, names, service references) are drafted by AI and submitted for approval before posting. Negative reviews and crisis situations are handled by the One Wheel team with your approval.
Per-Location Pricing
The Multiply Engine is priced per location per month. Location count changes are reflected in your next invoice.
Requires Command Center
Multiply Engine services require an active Command Center membership.
