Data Privacy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

These terms are part of the One Wheel 360 Terms of Service. They govern how we handle credentials, access, and data throughout our engagement.

Credential Handling

All credentials are stored in an encrypted, role-based credential vault. Credentials are never transmitted through email, chat messages, or support tickets. Access within our team is limited to the people who need it to deliver your services. Where possible, we use admin invitations or role-based access instead of shared passwords. We support and encourage two-factor authentication on all platforms.

Access Protocols

We request only the access necessary to deliver your subscribed services. Access granted to One Wheel does not transfer ownership or control of your platforms. You retain full ownership of your accounts at all times.

Data Collection and Use

We collect and analyze data generated through our services to optimize results, measure performance, and improve our systems. We do not sell your identifiable data. We may share data only with authorized service providers, platform partners, or advisors as needed to deliver services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, or support legitimate business operations. We may also use anonymized or aggregated data to refine our internal processes and improve future service delivery.

Third-Party Platforms

Your marketing machine runs on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, analytics tools, ad networks, CRM systems, automation platforms, reputation management systems, and others. Each platform has its own terms, data policies, and retention practices. We manage your accounts on these platforms but do not control their infrastructure, policies, or data handling beyond what their tools allow.

Data Retention

We may retain client data, configurations, and documentation for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after offboarding. Data is retained only as long as needed for active services, legal compliance, security, backup rotation, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or legitimate business operations, and may be purged in the ordinary course when no longer needed.

Offboarding Data Handling

Full credential and data handling during offboarding is described in our Offboarding terms.
